1. Who handles your information

The team operating StreamHub handles this website’s data and incoming enquiries. Its formal legal identity has not yet been published; StreamHub is the project name, not a claim of corporate registration. The linked Discord lets you request contact with the team about privacy. This document must be completed with any identification required by applicable law.

2. Forms and enquiries

The form collects your name, email, optional brand or channel, reason and message. These are validated in the browser and server. When delivery is enabled, the server sends them to a team Discord channel through a webhook; the webhook is not sent to your browser. This version has no dedicated enquiry database. Fields remain on the page until a successful submission, deletion or closure; drafts are not saved in localStorage. Do not include passwords, financial details or sensitive information.

3. Public profiles and sources

We may display creator names, usernames, avatars, bios, categories, social links, platforms and internal verification. Information comes from creators, material supplied by the team and public profiles identified during editorial review. Public availability does not remove rights or permit every use. You may request correction or removal and provide a link that helps verify your request.

4. Discord, verification and collaborations

Discord activity may involve your identifier, display name, messages, channel links, application information and moderation or verification decisions. Collaboration enquiries may also involve project context, objectives and communications. This website has no Discord login or separate verification form: applications are coordinated in the community. Avoid sharing private information in public channels.

5. Technical data and abuse prevention

Web requests may expose IP address, browser, device, requested route and error records to the hosting service. The application uses an IP hash to limit submissions when the environment supplies a trusted IP; otherwise, it uses a shared per-instance limit. Application logs do not record form contents or the webhook. Local rate-limit hashes expire after roughly ten minutes; retry identifiers and hashes remain in memory for up to 24 hours, without the form text.

6. Why we use information

We respond to enquiries and proposals, assess applications, manage authorised profiles and collaborations, moderate the community, prevent abuse and resolve reports or claims. LIVE information displays public channel activity. We do not sell visitor information or use this form to subscribe visitors to advertising. Any incompatible new purpose would require appropriate notice and, where necessary, another legal basis or consent.

7. Legal bases where required

Where an applicable regime requires a legal basis, requested pre-contractual steps and contract performance may support commercial enquiries; an assessed and balanced legitimate interest may support security and limited profile administration; legal obligations may support compliance with binding requests; and consent may support optional uses requiring it. Legitimate interest is not invoked automatically, and accepting this policy is not presented as consent to everything. The specific basis and local requirements must be confirmed for the identified operator and each processing activity.

8. Recipients and providers

Authorised StreamHub team members and Discord receive messages sent to the team channel. Discord applies its own terms and policy. The production website uses Vercel for hosting and delivery. Vercel processes technical requests, IP addresses and operational logs needed to serve and protect the site. The rate-limit module supports Upstash Redis when configured, only for control keys and expiry. No analytics, advertising, payments, Google Analytics, Stripe or Supabase are installed. Before adding providers, this information will be updated and their roles and contracts reviewed.

9. APIs, images and external links

When credentials are configured, the server may query Twitch or Kick APIs for stream status, title, category, start time and thumbnail. Without a valid connection, status remains unconfirmed. TikTok may use expiring manual confirmations. Editorial avatars, logos and fonts are served locally. A remote LIVE thumbnail may send browser technical data to the platform CDN. There are no embedded players or automatic stream playback. Following an external link subjects your visit to the destination’s practices.

10. Retention

Enquiries are retained while being handled and, as a review criterion, for up to twelve months after the last contact unless a collaboration, claim or obligation justifies longer retention. The team must review and manually delete Discord messages; the website does not perform that deletion. Agreements and claims are retained according to need and confirmed legal periods. Profiles are reviewed while in the network and removed where appropriate. Hosting logs and Discord copies depend on their policies and settings. We do not promise deletion of third-party copies outside our control.

11. Language, cookies and analytics

The streamhub_locale cookie remembers your manually selected language for one year. Without it, we use your browser’s primary language, falling back to English if unsupported. Automatic detection does not set this cookie, and it is not used to track you across websites. This version has no analytics or marketing cookies. Optional technologies added later will be documented in advance and remain disabled until any required consent is obtained. See the cookie policy.

12. International processing

Discord and a future hosting provider may process information in locations different from the visitor’s. Specific locations and safeguards must be verified for the services actually used. Where applicable law requires it, adequacy decisions, contractual clauses or other valid safeguards must be assessed before transfers. We do not claim a specific mechanism or agreement has been established when it has not been confirmed.

13. Security

The webhook and credentials remain on the server. Fields are validated, request sizes and frequency are limited, and the team must restrict channel access through Discord settings. These measures reduce risks but no system guarantees absolute security. The operator must maintain least-privilege access, strong authentication, updates and an incident response process, including legally required notifications.

14. Your rights and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also complain to the competent authority. Contact the team through Discord with the type of request and the relevant profile or message. Only proportionate identity verification will be requested, and applicable statutory deadlines must be met. Do not post sensitive documents in public channels; first ask for an appropriate channel.

15. Minors and automated decisions

We do not knowingly request information from people below the minimum age applicable to the community or platform. Report any such profile or submission so it can be reviewed and removed where appropriate. We do not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated processing: verification and moderation decisions are made by the team.

16. Changes and contact

This policy will be updated when relevant data, purposes, providers or rights change, and material changes will be reasonably communicated. The date identifies the version. The currently published contact is the StreamHub Discord; this version does not publish an operator email address or location.
