1. Scope and acceptance

StreamHub is a creator community and network that facilitates connections, profiles, resources and opportunities. These terms apply to streamhub.agency and, where expressly communicated, community programmes. Simply using the website does not create a representation agreement, a purchase or a transfer of rights. Obligations requiring express acceptance will be agreed before participation.

2. Age and capacity

You must meet the minimum age and rules of each platform you use, as well as the law that applies to you. Minors need any authorisation and supervision required by that law. To buy services or represent a brand, you must have legal capacity and appropriate authority. Adult-only opportunities are not available to minors.

3. Permitted use

You may browse profiles, visit channels and send genuine enquiries. You must not bypass controls, impersonate others, abusively harvest personal data, send spam, introduce malicious software or disrupt the website’s security or availability. Automated access must respect the law, third-party rights and reasonable technical limits.

4. Conduct and moderation

Harassment, threats, discrimination, scams, disclosure of private information and unlawful content are not allowed. The team may take proportionate moderation action to protect the community. Severity, repetition and context will be considered; where feasible, we will explain decisions and allow a review request through Discord.

5. Discord and external communities

Discord is an independent service with its own terms and privacy policy. Joining our server is subject to its requirements and the rules posted there. StreamHub does not control Discord’s infrastructure, private messages between users or every action by members. Membership may change following moderation or platform decisions.

6. StreamHub Verified

StreamHub Verified indicates an internal team review against the criteria shared on Discord. It is not Twitch Partner status or official verification by Twitch, Kick, TikTok or any other platform. It does not certify every statement a creator makes or guarantee their conduct, financial standing or suitability for a campaign.

7. Verification applications and decisions

The team may accept or reject applications and review, suspend or remove verification for inaccurate information, rule violations, justified risks, relevant inactivity or programme changes. Approval, permanent status and fixed turnaround times are not guaranteed. Decisions must not be arbitrary or discriminatory, and a review may be requested.

8. Independent creators and collaborators

Creators retain control of and responsibility for their channels, statements, content and conduct. A StreamHub listing does not create employment, a partnership, agency authority, exclusivity or power to bind StreamHub. Representation or management services require a separate agreement identifying the participants and terms.

9. Brands and commercial opportunities

A brand may be listed as a sponsor, partner, affiliate, creator sponsor, collaboration, opportunity or ecosystem reference. Confirmed relationships will be labelled; a listing does not mean the brand directly sponsors StreamHub. Campaigns require agreed deliverables, payments, rights, cancellations and advertising obligations. No one may promise participation on a brand’s behalf without authority.

10. No guaranteed results

StreamHub does not guarantee growth, viewers, followers, income, donations, sponsors, brand acceptance, contracts, verification or uninterrupted availability. An opportunity, recommendation or conversation is not a binding offer. Results depend on factors including content, audiences, platforms and each participant’s independent decisions.

11. Free and paid tools and services

Joining the community does not require buying services or assigning a share of income. Before any paid service, its price, scope, provider, duration, any renewals, cancellation terms and applicable rights will be disclosed. This website has no automatic billing or subscriptions. Specific terms cannot reduce rights that cannot legally be waived.

12. Platforms, APIs and LIVE status

LIVE information comes from available APIs or time-limited manual confirmations. It may be delayed, fail or remain unconfirmed; an unknown status does not mean a channel is offline. StreamHub does not control bans, closures, account loss, API changes or third-party tools. Participants must protect their access and verify important information on the original platform.

13. External links

Links let you visit third-party services, whose terms, prices and practices may change. Inclusion does not guarantee safety, quality or suitability. Check the destination and terms before sharing information, installing tools or paying. Report misleading or unsafe links to the team.

14. Third-party brands and regulated sectors

Twitch, Kick, TikTok, Discord and other brands belong to their respective owners. Mentioning them does not imply endorsement or official affiliation. The 1xBet reference is informational and separate from creator resources: we offer no betting, bonuses, codes or earnings promises. Any future gambling opportunity would require participants to be at least 18 and meet any higher local legal age, be lawful in their jurisdiction and comply with applicable advertising rules. Territorial availability is not guaranteed.

15. StreamHub intellectual property

Original StreamHub materials are protected to the extent recognised by law. You may browse and share links for legitimate purposes. Protected material may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission, except under applicable licences or uses allowed by law. Open-source components retain their own licence terms.

16. Name, logos and design

Do not use StreamHub’s name, logo, design or badge to imply false endorsement, mislead others or suggest a commercial relationship that does not exist. Permission to display a badge is limited to its stated purpose, duration and instructions. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights.

17. Creator submissions

When providing a bio, avatar, name, link, clip or other material, you must have the necessary rights and permissions, including likeness rights and rights of any third parties shown. Information must be materially accurate, and important changes should be reported. Do not send private or confidential material without a prior arrangement to handle it.

18. Limited profile display licence

When you authorise publication, you grant a non-exclusive licence, without transferring ownership, limited to hosting, reproducing, technically adapting and displaying that material in your profile and relevant StreamHub community sections. Adaptation is limited to sizing, formatting and accessibility. Technical providers may only assist as necessary for that purpose. Using your material in unrelated advertising or selling it requires separate permission.

19. Your rights stay yours

You retain ownership of your content and may ask us to stop displaying it. The licence ends for future use when permission or the profile is withdrawn, subject to reasonable removal time and restricted technical or legally required copies. It does not grant a perpetual licence for new uses or full ownership of your channel, clips or identity.

20. Reports and removal

To report content, impersonation or an infringement, contact us on Discord with the link, your reason and how your connection to the material can be verified. Do not post identity documents or sensitive information in public channels. The team will review the request, may temporarily hide content and will request only proportionate information needed to assess it, respecting legally required procedures and deadlines.

21. Service changes

We may change features, requirements, tools, profiles, benefits and programmes, or end initiatives for operational, security or legal reasons. Where a change materially affects an existing contractual commitment, the agreement and applicable notice and remedies will be respected. Free features do not create an obligation to maintain them indefinitely.

22. Suspension and termination

Access may be restricted or profiles removed for violations, substantiated risks, legitimate requests or service closure. Measures will be proportionate and, where reasonable, communicated and open to review. You may stop participating and request profile removal. Termination does not erase validly accrued payments or rights, or obligations that must survive by law.

23. Liability and limits

Each party remains responsible for harm legally attributable to it. To the extent permitted, StreamHub is not responsible for independent creator, brand or platform actions outside its reasonable control, including stream statements, campaign cancellations, external breaches or resulting income loss. Liability for fraud, gross negligence or other conduct is not excluded where the law prohibits exclusion, nor are non-waivable consumer or data protection rights. No arbitrary financial liability cap is set here.

24. Availability and warranties

The website and public information are provided as available. Although we aim to correct errors, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, universal compatibility or suitability of a resource for a particular purpose. These limits do not replace mandatory warranties or specific commitments in a paid agreement.

25. Your actions and content

You are responsible for respecting copyright, platform rules, advertising duties, tax obligations and laws applicable to your activity. Advertising and affiliate relationships must be disclosed where required. StreamHub does not decide whether you should accept a campaign or use a tool. General recommendations do not replace professional advice tailored to your situation.

26. Third-party claims

Only where legally valid and proportionate, a participant whose culpable breach of these terms or others’ rights causes a third-party claim must compensate reasonable loss and costs legally attributable to that conduct. This does not transfer StreamHub-caused losses to users or impose an unlimited duty to defend. Notice and an opportunity to participate in the defence will be provided, and settlements will not be imposed without reasonable authorisation.

27. Events beyond reasonable control

Performance made impossible by extraordinary events beyond a party’s reasonable control may be excused to the extent permitted by law. The affected party should mitigate the impact and communicate material interruptions. Avoidable ordinary outages or lack of reasonable care are not automatically excused. Applicable termination and refund rights remain.

28. Updates to these terms

We will publish updated terms with their date. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, such as a website or Discord notice. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights; where fresh acceptance is required, it will be requested before the change applies to the relevant relationship.

29. Applicable rules

This version does not designate a specific national governing law or exclusive forum. Applicable rules will be determined by conflict-of-laws principles and mandatory provisions, including consumer protections where relevant. Any future specific agreement must identify its parties and terms without reducing those protections.

30. Enquiries and disputes

You may raise an issue with the team so we can try to resolve it in good faith. This route is voluntary and does not limit access to authorities, consumer bodies, complaint mechanisms or competent courts. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or shorter-than-statutory claim period is imposed.

31. Contact and identification

The available contact channel is the StreamHub Discord linked on this page. Ask to speak with the team about legal, profile or privacy matters. The service operator’s formal identity has not yet been published; the StreamHub brand should not be treated as a registered entity name. This missing information does not remove the operator’s legal duties.
